If you are in Panama City , it usually arrives between 1 and 2 business days .
For the rest of the country , the time depends on the transport company (Uno Express or Fergusson), and may take a little longer.

Yes! You can pick up your order at SYS Vintage Store , located on Via Porras, Panama City .

How do I know if a garment will fit me well?

For each product, we show you the key measurements (width, length, waist, etc.) so you can compare them with your own clothes and be sure before buying.


What happens if the garment doesn't fit me?

We share all the necessary measures to avoid these types of situations.
If you did not compare it with your clothes before purchasing, we cannot be held responsible for sizing errors.


How do we measure our pieces?

We measure all our garments flat on a surface , without stretching them. This way, you can easily compare them with your own garment and see if it fits properly.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

However, if you receive a garment with damage that was not indicated in the description or photos , please contact us and we will gladly find a solution.


What happens if the garment arrives damaged?

All our pieces have many years of history and use.

We review them one by one and describe any relevant details in the post.

If upon receiving your order you notice damage that was not mentioned or shown , please contact us within the first 48 hours so we can assist you.

After that time, we cannot be held responsible for unreported damages.

Are they in good condition?

Yes. We only sell items that are in the best possible condition , taking into account their age.

If a piece has any visible details (such as a stain or imperfection ), we show it in the photos and mention it clearly .

We also clean, remove stains, and repair each garment to bring it back to life before putting it on sale.


Do you repair or clean clothes before selling them?

Yes. Each garment undergoes a cleaning, disinfection, and basic repair process (if necessary) before being available for sale.
